I specialize in supporting adults, parents, and children 0-6yo as they heal their attachments - both inter-generational and from early life trauma. I have advanced training in working with those who have been impacted by the adoption/foster-care system (adult adoptees/adopted children/adopting parents/biological parents), early medical trauma, sensory concerns, and personality disorder concerns. I have a clinical psychology masters degree, with training in understanding brain and body-based concerns and advanced study in supporting those interested in exploring their attachment behaviors and ways to rewire their relational habits. I practice theraplay-informed and adult attachment-based modalities.
